VOTE411.ORG- Election Information You NeedLeague of Women Voters

Thank you for registering to vote using the League of Women Voters’ website, www.VOTE411.org. We hope you are planning to vote this year if there are elections in your area! Millions of voters will participate in important state and local elections this year, and we want to make sure you have the chance to weigh in on the issues that matter most to you.

Here are three easy steps to make sure you’re ready:

  1. Go to VOTE411.org and enter your address to find out what elections in your area the League has provided information on.
  2. If you have moved or changed your name since the last time you registered or voted, you will likely need to update your registration. Use our online voter registration tool. Once you’ve filled out the voter registration information, please make sure you print, sign and date your completed voter registration form. Then, stamp it and put it in the mail to be sent to the state official’s address that was pre-filled on your form.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not print out and mail in your form, you are not finished registering to vote. If you need to start over, please visit: http://www.VOTE411.org/register. Registration deadlines take place in many states as early as next week, so make sure your voter registration is up to date today!

  3. Now that you’ve successfully registered, make sure you encourage your friends and family to do the same with our handy eCard! We’re all equal on Election Day, and every one of us has the chance to stand up for the issues that matter most to our families, our communities, and our country. The first step to taking a stand is registering to vote.

This Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, millions of voters will head to the polls and stand up for what matters most to our communities and our lives. These elections are about our jobs, our health, our communities and our future. They are about us; we all need to weigh in.

Use VOTE411.org to build your personalized voting guide that includes up-to-date information you need to cast your ballot, including information about voting early or absentee in your state.

Thank you for registering to vote and for Making Democracy Work®.
