End of Legislative Session—March 8, 2018
Thank you to Governor Inslee for Leading the Expansion of Access to Democracy
This session has seen phenomenal progress for Democracy in Washington State, through passing the voter registration bills as well as the WA Voting Rights Act! This success may not have happened without staunch support from our Governor, however. Even before the session started Governor Inslee indicated this would be a high priority for his office and introduced the Access to Democracy package.
The League thanks Governer Inslee for his leadership and unwavering support to strengthen voter participation in Washington, and we encourage you to join us.
